Applying to elements of Firmness, Commodity & Delight -

Firmness::
Northern orientation, open plan with a strong structure consisting of support beams, and allows natural ventilation via large pivot windows and glass doors. Continuous flux of natural lighting throughout the house. Use of mezzanine level to reduce unnecessary heights; compact design with no space wastage.
